I am really glad for the hotel effort on getting my special requirement in place. Thank you so much.

In general I liked my stay but I felt the bed a bit weird for my sleeping taste. The mattress had an inclination, due the long use of it, in a way I don't feel comfortable to sleep.

I also expected the room was more quiet. I could hear well most of the noise from the street as well as from the aisle.

It's always a hit and miss choosing a hotel from the internet, however, we were very happy with our selection. . The location was convenient and the hotel felt well cared for. Loved the traditional furnishings and décor of our room and the fresh flowers in the reception area,. . The 24 hr. reception staff was welcoming and helpful. We can highly recommend this little gem on a side street from Plaza Madeleine..

This is a small and cosy hotel hidden in a discreet street smack in the center of Paris. Welcoming staff and good service all around. Walking distance from main points of interest. Near metro. We stayed a long week end and felt this was indeed a great find.

We were delighted to have chosen this hotel and we won't be looking elsewhere for our next visit to Paris.
The rooms are particularly charming, and the room lighting is probably as good as we have seen anywhere on our world travels! (Hotel room lighting as well as the switching logic, is so often bad).
We received a warm and friendly welcome, and friendly assistance throughout our stay.

Hotel Madeleine is a small but very nice hotel. It is very well located. The wellcome was fine, helping me in anything that i need.Rooms were ok althought need some care and fix somethings. at the breakfast, the food quality could be improved and the quality service.
